Towering Forever Towering Forever

Amazing!

I really like this game, it's got a strange type of design to it that is rather unique to me,
My only complaint is that the game is kind of repetitive after a bit

I'd love, love to see a second version of this, maybe a few new towers, and for upgrades have them have split pathways, where upgrading one way leads to one thing and the other leads to another way, maybe have it so there are multiple backgrounds and fields you can use rather then just one, maybe be able to choose a certain colored character instead of just the basic color...
But I understand how game making works (Pssh, I could NEVER do that kind of stuff) and that might be quite a difficult task to do, but that would be awesome,

Interesting...

I'll start with the good things first: it is very obvious this took you a lot of time and effort, the style is pretty cool, it has an interesting flare to it, and it has interesting weapons, sneaky traps, all that I have seen seem perfectly logical, giving it that realistic feeling, yet not too realistic. It has nice graphics and the way it is layed out is pretty cool. It is definitely difficult, maybe a little too difficult (for reasons I will get into later) but it kept me interested... I enjoyed it greatly...
Sadly there are a few things I found rather annoying:
1) This is the thing that bothered me the most, for some reason(And I don't know if it is just me or anything) I couldn't switch weapons or buy them or anything, making it pretty much impossible to get through level 2 without a lot of luck. So definitely try and do something about this, if you're still willing to fix things...
2) The controls were very unresponsive, making it difficult to do anything, and the guns didn't really shoot all that much. You should work on them and make them a bit more sensitive...
3) You can't shoot while you're moving apparently... Maybe find a way to add that in...
4) Accuracy of the opponents and accuracy of yourself makes it really hard to do it, even if you could shoot more, or use the better guns for that matter
5) Apparently the opponents above you can shoot you while behind obstacles, while logical, you can't shoot back at the people above you... It may be difficult to do, but if it's possible, try making it so that you can shoot the people above you still, but noone below you...
6) At times, my character began hiding behind nothing, and getting swiss cheesed in the process, that definitely bothered me...
7) The enemies don't reload, and they shoot a lot more then you, and they all come out practically at once, and the only gun you can use takes 2 seconds per shot and your health bar goes down relatively fast if they swarm, then it makes the game slightly repetitive

I'd probably rate something with major flaws like the 1st one with a 3 or a 4, but I really like the design of the game, the fact that you didn't do a half assed job...
If you fixed the gun buying problem, and make the controls slightly more sensitive, I'd give it a 10
